Pusha T appears to be close to finishing his next album, perhaps as few as a couple of songs away.
Appearing Sunday on Pharrell Williams and Scott Vener's "OTHERtone" show on Beats 1 Radio, the rapper said he had been in the studio with Williams this past week. "So I'm just waiting on him to give me these last couple heat rocks," Pusha said.

Pusha's appearance on the show came alongside fellow Virginia natives Fam-Lay and D.R.A.M., as the group discussed old school rap experiences and how it's influencing the new generation of artists.
For his part, Williams described the album, which is still being called King Push, as "definitely crazy," further calling it "something gargoyle-ish" and noting the "dark" sounds he's come to enjoy creating with Pusha T.
