After a nine-day stint in a Los Angeles hospital, Kanye West was released Wednesday afternoon. 

TMZ reported that he had checked out of Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center and was now "at home with Kim Kardashian and their kids," noting he will still be under the care of his personal physician, Dr. Michael Farzam.

As we previously reported, West on Nov. 21 canceled his remaining 21 dates of his tour, just hours before being involuntarily hospitalized, reportedly treated for temporary psychosis linked to sleep deprivation and dehydration. 

The news comes as earlier Wednesday the emcee was said to have been in great spirits and had been requesting recording equipment in his hospital room.
