In the run-up to his own upcoming album Darkest Before Dawn, Pusha T suggests he's already looking forward to Kanye West's anticipated album, which he calls "phenomenal."

While confirming he hasn't contributed to the record, which is still titled Swish, Pusha said "everything I’ve heard is phenomenal and it has nothing to do with any of the other records that were released before,” he told Rolling Stone in a new interview. “That’s all I can really say about it. He’s super meticulous about the messaging about his album but you guys are in for a treat.”

Darkest Before Dawn, which features production from West himself as well as the likes of Timbaland and Diddy, is out Dec. 18.

It's also worth noting that while Swish is not expected until next year, West did surprise fans late on New Year's Eve last year with his Paul McCartney collaboration "Only One," so there's still plenty of time in 2015 for new music.
