Just days after releasing her new single "Stupid Love," Lady Gaga announced Monday her new album, which will be called Chromatica, is coming April 10.

In an official announcement, Gaga revealed her sixth album "will be available in a variety of physical formats including standard CD, various vinyl colors, and cassette." New merchandise is also available now on her website.

Speaking with Beats 1's Zane Lowe, Gaga explained Chromatica's link to the mathematical symbol for sound. "It’s from what all sound is made from and, for me, sound is what healed me in my life, period, and it healed me again making this record, and that is really what Chromatica is all about. It’s about healing and it’s about bravery as well and it’s really like, when we talk about love, I think it’s so important to include the fact that it requires a ton of bravery to love someone."

As we previously mentioned, Gaga also told Lowe the recording process had been "very emotional" and that she "cried constantly," while also promising the record will inspired a lot of dancing, as evidenced by "Stupid Love."
