D'Angelo's ongoing medical issues have forced the singer to cancel more tour dates.

He was slated to appear next month for Austin City Limits Festival's dual-weekend event, but the festival confirmed on Monday that "due to medical reasons, D’Angelo will be unable to perform."

According to a newly revised schedule, it appears Grouplove will be performing instead.

Last month, the singer—who has been in the middle of a comeback—was hospitalized and forced to cancel appearances in New York, Baltimore, Chicago, Minneapolis and at San Francisco's Outside Lands Festival, due to a "medical emergency."
