JAY Z is expected to join Los Angeles Major Eric Garcetti on Wednesday to announce his Made in America Festival will relocate to the California city this year.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the festival is facing opposition from within the city council due to concerns about street closures and alcohol vendors in Grant Park, the presumed site of the event.

By this time last year, JAY Z had already revealed details for his Labor Day weekend fest, which included Beyoncé, Phoenix, Nine Inch Nails, Kendrick Lamar, Solange, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, The Gaslight Anthem, Emeli Sandé, HAIM, Miguel and Queens of the Stone Age, among others.

Since beginning in 2012, Made in America has been held in Philadelphia.
