New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival is really making up for last year's cancellation with a big lineup for 2022.

Festival organizers revealed the new lineup on Thursday, and topping the eclectic roster are the likes of Stevie Nicks, The Who and Foo Fighters, along with Lionel Richie, Erykah Badu, Willie Nelson, Luke Combs, The Avett Brothers, Norah Jones, Ludacris, Nelly, Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit, Death Cab for Cutie, Ziggy Marley and Elvis Costello.

Of course, it doesn't stop there. Further proving why it remains a welcome outlier among so many other mainstream festivals, this year's lineup also includes The Black Crowes, Jimmy Buffett, Melissa Etheridge, Kool & the Gang, Buddy Guy, Shovels & Rope, Lauren Daigle CeeLo Green's Tribute to James Brown, Big Freedia, Ricky Skaggs, Hurray for the Riff Raff, and more.

This year's event, marking a return from a two-year hiatus due to COVID-19, is set for April 29 through May 8. It follows the fest's cancellation in 2020 because of the pandemic and then last year's planned event, which had been postponed until the fall in hopes of a better COVID outlook, but the surge of cases in Louisiana forced organizers to scrap the 2021 dates and look ahead to 2022 instead.

Tickets for Jazz Fest are on sale now.
