El-P said Sunday afternoon he is "not amused" anymore by Donald Trump after the reality television star's white supporters reportedly punched and kicked a black protestor at a rally Saturday night in Alabama.

According to eyewitness accounts and video footage captured by a CNN reporter, local activist Mercutio Southall Jr. briefly interrupted the Birmingham event, vocalizing opposition to unfair treatment of blacks.

Members of the overwhelmingly white crowd shoved Southall to the ground and appear to kick and push him, according to the video. At one point, a female attendee shouts, "Don’t choke him!," highlighting just how quickly the incident escalated.

Calling Southall "obnoxious," Trump declared on Sunday that “maybe he should have been roughed up." Appearing on where else but Fox News, the real estate mogul dismissed criticism and defended his "fans," insisting: "It was absolutely disgusting what he was doing. I have a lot of fans, and they were not happy about it."

El-P, who has previously maintained a "conscientious objection" to voting, pointed out that this is not the first time Trump supporters viscously attacked a minority.

While Trump's antics throughout his campaign have provided much fodder for comedians, El-P suggested Saturday's gut-wrenching events highlight the serious consequences of next year's election.

The Run the Jewels rapper said he now feels "compelled" to cast his vote if only to "help in any small way to keep this fucking fascist out" of the White House.
