Rising artist Jamie Miller is heading into the weekend with the release of his new single "Hold You ‘Til We’re Old," and it's a good one.

The riveting track arrived today alongside a video of the singer, one of the latest signed to the Atlantic Records roster, performing the song alone on a keyboard, but as the song progresses, he is joined by a choir, backing his breathtaking falsetto and building to an intense climax.

Perhaps not surprisingly, the song was co-written by Wrabel alongside Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus collaborator Michael Pollack and Nate Cyphert, who has written for Florida Georgia Line and Steve Aoki. It was produced by Grammy-nominated music figure Stuart Crichton, who co-wrote and produced a number of the songs off Kesha's 2020 album High Road.

Watch the video for "Hold You ‘Til We’re Old" along with our Q+A with Miller, both of which are below.

What is the inspiration for the new song?

It’s a love anthem, and I think it’s a song that gives people hope. It’s a “scream in your car love ballad” … and maybe it’s just me but it’s been on repeat!

What has been the biggest lesson you’ve learned this past year given the different challenges and adjustments?

I’ve actually learned a lot this past year. The challenges of course are I that can’t tour or meet fans, but it’s been a year of growth and finding out who I truly am both personally and as an artist.

You’re working with some really talented people and catching the attention of big names. What’s been the biggest surprise or unexpected moment you’ve experienced?

Working with people I’ve always dreamed of working with in the writing and producing world, but also just having support from my idols like Kelly Clarkson, Camila Cabello and Ne-Yo has been really awesome too!

If you could collaborate with anyone, who would it be and why?

I would say Bruno Mars and Tori Kelly. Both very different, but they are just two artists I truly look up too both vocally and as people.

What should fans expect next from you this year?

Real stories, big notes and being my genuine self!

If you had one wish for 2021, what would it be?

That I get on the Billboard Hot 100 and my songs are being sung all over the world!
