In what has to be just a brilliant piece of news this weekend, it appears Jay-Z's Roc Nation Sports management firm is about to make another hefty addition to its roster, as multiple sources reported Friday that Oklahoma City Thunder's Kevin Durant is soon to sign with the rapper's newly formed agency.

Sports Illustrated's website confirmed earlier Friday that the white-hot forward had left Landmark Sports, with whom he was with for about a year. If Durant does join the firm, he would be the second Oklahoma-based signee after Tulsa Shock's Skylar Diggins, New York Yankees second baseman Robinson Cano and New York Jets rookie quarterback Geno Smith.

Of course, Mr. Carter still needs to get rid of his shares of the Brooklyn Nets before he could technically sign Durant or any other NBA players. Roc Nation Sports had no comment when asked about the potential deal.
