Saturday Night Live's Joe Biden is going to look a little different this fall. Jason Sudeikis, who has portrayed Biden, Mitt Romney and a slew of other public figures in recent years, has made it official: he will not return to the NBC comedy sketch show.

The actor, who began his SNL stint as a writer for the show, confirmed the news in his interview on The Late Show with David Letterman which will air in full on Wednesday night.

“I’m definitely done,” Sudeikis told Letterman. “I’m not coming back next fall.”

Sudeikis will certainly be missed around 30 Rock. His parody of the Vice President has drawn acclaim from even the VP himself.
