The unstoppable DJ-producer duo The Chainsmokers, comprised of Alex Pall and Andrew Taggart, has signed with Republic Records.

After their hilarious debut single "#SELFIE" released via Steve Aoki's Dim Mak Records, the pair will now team up with Republic—in conjunction with Dim Mak—to release a brand new EP, which is still in the works.

The news comes as the video for "#SELFIE," which arrived only a month ago, has now surpassed 3.5 million views on YouTube. Meanwhile, radio airplay has grown as the satirical track continues to resonate with fans internationally.

A relationship with Republic—the label behind Lorde, The Weeknd, Drake and others—will only further increase The Chainsmokers' already lofty profile. In our new interview with the duo, they mentioned that Drake was the only musician they'd "drop everything" to collaborate with. Now it doesn't seem so far out of reach.

The duo is currently on the road, with their upcoming schedule listed below alongside the video for "#SELFIE."
