Ed Sheeran will share his brand new single and first preview of his forthcoming album on Monday.

The musician revealed Friday afternoon on Instagram that "Sing" will debut Monday evening on Zane Lowe's BBC Radio 1 show.

Sheeran announced new European tour dates back in January, suggesting new music would precede those shows. His manager Stuart Camp subsequently confirmed the album will be released before the forthcoming tour, which begins on Oct. 6 in Dublin.

To date, little is known about the new record except that Sheeran worked with power-producer Rick Rubin. It's one of Variance's 40 Albums to Watch for in 2014.
