Still riding high from his recent hit single "Earned It," Abel Tesfaye (aka The Weeknd) is also readying a new album, but it won't be here on Aug. 28.

The singer took to Twitter on Monday, calling a report from Diddy's Revolt TV, "false" information. The hip-hop music outlet cited a label representative, claiming Tesfaye's followup to 2013's Kiss Land would arrive in August.

On the bright side, the report comes days after Republic Records' executive vice president Charlie Walk teased new The Weeknd music is on the way, tweeting that he "just worked out to the craziest @theweeknd song ever. Can't wait for you to hear it in June!"

Revolt has since deleted the information about The Weeknd's album.
