While some Bill Murray fans likely weren't too thrilled to hear Miley Cyrus will appear in his upcoming A Very Murray Christmas Netflix special, the man himself says he's quite impressed by her.

“Miley Cyrus is really fucking good!” Murray declared Thursday during his debut at Comic-Con in San Diego.

Dressed as his character Richie Lantz (seen in the photo above) from the upcoming film Rock the Kasbah, which he was there to promote, Murray also defended Bruce Willis from criticism that he is a "jackass."

“He is a movie star," Murray said. "There are people who try to take advantage of a group situation and dominate ... and a movie star can step in and say, ‘That ain’t gonna happen boss.'”

Rock the Kasbah is out Oct. 23 and A Very Murray Christmas is due sometime in December on Netflix.
