Alicia Keys hosted the Keep a Child Alive's Black Ball last week, but she also took time to perform.

Joined by Pharrell Williams, the duo sang two of the year's biggest songs, Robin Thicke's "Blurred Lines" and Daft Punk's "Get Lucky," both of which feature Williams.

The event ultimately raised more than $4 million to assist families battling AIDS in Africa.
