While the status on Adele's next full-length remains mostly unknown, she has definitely been working on new material.

In addition to her previous collaborators such as Paul Epworth and OneRepublic's Ryan Tedder, it appears she is also joining forces with Phil Collins.

The singer-drummer and former Genesis frontman told Inside South Florida that he had "just started to work with Adele. She contacted me to write together." He admits, however, that he “wasn’t actually too aware” of the 21 powerhouse songstress prior to her reaching out.

Collins called the experience thus far "educational" and "an eye-opener."

Only this week, a new song attributed to Adele was listed on ASCAP titled "Devil on My Shoulder," further suggesting that it won't be long before she's lighting up the music world again.

Next month marks three years since the arrival of 21 in the States.
