It appears Michelle Tanner will be unsurprisingly absent form the upcoming Full House reunion on Netflix.

Robert L. Boyett, executive producer of the original show and the Fuller House sequel series, confirmed Friday evening that Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen have declined the opportunity to be part of the revival project so that they can "focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors."

“Although Ashley and Mary-Kate will not be a part of Fuller House, I know how much Full House has meant to them and they are still very much considered family,” Boyett said in a statement. “It has been exciting to see how they have built their professional careers, and I support their choice to focus on their fashion brands and various business endeavors. I appreciate their support and good wishes towards Fuller House.”

As of this writing, Candace Cameron Bure (D.J.), Jodie Sweetin (Stephanie) and Andrea Barber (Kimmy Gibbler) are set to star in Fuller House, with John Stamos (Uncle Jesse) expected to produce and guest star. Dave Coulier has also signed on to revive his character Joey. Bob Saget (Danny Tanner) and Lori Loughlin (Aunt Becky) are in talks to return as well.

Fuller House is slated to premiere sometime in 2016.
