Gwen Stefani has filed for a divorce from husband and musician Gavin Rossdale.

TMZ first reported Monday that Stefani is citing "irreconcilable differences" and there was like no prenup agreement between the No Doubt star and the Bush frontman.

Stefani and Rossdale met on tour in 1995 and married in 2002. They have been married for 13 years and have three children together, including a one-year-old.

The two have subsequently issued a joint statement regarding their split: "While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment," they said on Monday evening. "To that end, we respectfully request privacy from the media during this time."
