It appears Frank Ocean has another full-length album in the pipeline.
The singer on Monday night hopped on Tumblr, his choice communication platform, to tease he's already finished with his Blonde followup. "I made the album before 30," he wrote. "I just aint put that bitch out!"
As Fader notes, Ocean may be acknowledging an alleged deleted tweet from 2012 in which he supposedly promised five albums "before 30." Because his 30th birthday was last month, he may be attempting to assure fans he did indeed finish a fifth project, but it simply hasn't been released yet.
As we previously mentioned, the singer also claimed last month in the new issue of i-D magazine, "If you liked two thousand and seventeen then you'll love two thousand and eighteen," another not-so-subtle hint at new music.
His comments come after an eventful 2017, with a string of new songs and collaborations, most of which premiered on his "blonded RADIO" show on Apple's Beats 1.
He also had a busy Cyber Monday with the physical release of his visual album Endless.
