Adele seems intent on making her 25 tour her last.
The singer included a handwritten note in the program for her show Wednesday night in London, insisting, "I wanted my final shows to be in London because I don't know if I'll ever tour again and so I want my last time to be at home."
She had suggested back in March she was considering leaving touring behind, but with her final round of London shows, she is making clear this may actually be it.
"Touring is a peculiar thing, it doesn't suit me particularly well. I'm a real homebody and I get so much joy in the small things. Plus I'm dramatic and have a terrible history of touring," she wrote, adding: "I only ever did this tour for you and to hopefully have an impact on you the way that some of my favourite artists have had on me live."
Adele has three more London dates on the schedule, which will bring her 25 itinerary to 123 total shows.
