Nicki Minaj will be performing next month at the inaugural NBA Awards.

The performance probably shouldn't come as much of a surprise, as we previously reported her frequent collaborator Drake will be hosting the event, which is being held June 26 at New York's Basketball City at Pier 36.

During his acceptance speech Sunday at the Billboard Music Awards, Drake called Minaj the "love of my life," adding that he was "so glad we found our way back, because I love you."

The NBA Awards will be honoring selections for Coach of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Most Improved Player, Sixth Man Award, Defensive Player of the Year, and of course, Most Valuable Player, in which the Oklahoma City Thunder's Russell Westbrook is up against the Houston Rockets' James Harden and the San Antonio Spurs' Kawhi Leonard.

All the festivities can be seen June 26, starting at 9 p.m. EST on TNT.
