Drake's hit "One Dance," featuring Wizkid & Kyla, has become the first to reach one billion streams on Spotify.

The news arrives just two months after the Drizzy cut toppled Major Lazer and DJ Snake's "Lean On" as the streaming platform's most streaming song, with 880 million plays at the time.

Earlier this month, Spotify confirmed Drake was 2016's most-streamed act on the service, with a total of 4.7 billion streams for all of his music, including 2.45 billion plays for his newest album Views.

Drake is expected to release a new project called More Life at the beginning of the new year.
