Lauryn Hill has announced plans for a new North American tour, with the bulk of the dates taking place this fall.

Beginning on Aug. 27, the singer will trek through Philadelphia, Detroit, St. Louis, Toronto, Atlanta, Boston, Seattle and Las Vegas, among other major markets.

The run of performances, billed as the MLH Caravan: A Diaspora Calling! Concert Series, follows the singer's Diaspora Calling! in Brooklyn earlier this year. It is being co-sponsored by Live Nation and Tidal, with Tidal members gaining access to a ticket pre-sale starting this Thursday (Aug. 4) at 10:00 a.m. local time.

While Hill is said to have been working on new music lately, her team did not immediately confirm if the tour is linked to plans for a new album.
