Rising songstress Kehlani was hospitalized early Tuesday following what appears to be a suicide attempt.
The 20-year-old singer shared a photo on Instagram of her arm hooked up to an IV, offering the caption: “Today I wanted to leave this earth. Being completely selfish for once. Never thought I’d get to such a low point.”
She also credited OVO singer-producer (and her ex-boyfriend) PARTYNEXTDOOR for "saving my life.”
Kehlani had been criticized recently after PARTYNEXTDOOR shared a photo of the two holding hands in bed, suggesting the singer was cheating on her current boyfriend Kyrie Irving of the Cleveland Cavaliers.
“Don’t believe the blogs you read. No one was cheated on and I’m not a bad person," Kehlani wrote this morning on Instagram. “God saved me for a reason, and for that… I must be grateful.. Cuz I’m not in heaven right now for a reason.”
