Future Earns Top Album Debut Ahead of Iggy Azalea

Forget about Frozen already, guys. While the film's soundtrack remains No. 1 for a 12th week, it was a good week for new hip-hop.

Future's sophomore album, Honest, claimed the top new album slot at No. 2 with 53,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen SoundScan. His debut record, Pluto, started at No. 8 with 41,000.

Iggy Azalea's debut, The New Classic, had previously been projected to top Future's set, but it arrives at No. 3, with about 52,000 units. As Billboard points out, less than 1,000 copies separate Azalea and Future.

Meanwhile, Neon Trees have claimed their first top 10 with Pop Psychology, which debuts at No. 6 with 19,000.
