As his single "Take Me to Church" continues to rise internationally, Irish vocalist Hozier has revealed plans to release his self-titled debut album this fall and tour in support of it.

The 24-year-old singer will return stateside on Sept. 29, just days ahead of the Oct. 7 arrival of his album, which will be released via Columbia Records. His full-length follows two previously released EPs, Take Me to Church and From Eden.

Hozier recently played a small number of sold-out shows in the U.S. in addition to his North American television debut on The Late Show with David Letterman and The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

As we previously reported, the young phenom earlier this month was named one of Spotify's 25 most influential artists under 25, a list that includes Lorde, Miley Cyrus, Avicii, Sam Smith and Sky Ferreira.

In addition to his tour, he will also play Lollapalooza and Newport Folk Festival. See his full North American schedule below.
