Frank Ocean is apparently switching gears leading up to his highly-anticipated sophomore album.

According to a report from BuzzFeed, the singer has let go of his management team, husband-and-wife duo Christian and Kelly Clancy, who have managed Ocean and Odd Future since 2010.

BuzzFeed also says Ocean has fired his publicist at Life or Death PR, which as recently as Wednesday morning still has Ocean's name listed on its roster. A rep has yet to comment.

Although little is known about the singer's upcoming record, director Nabil said, "that shit is fire,” noting that "it blows the sophomore-album myth out of the water.”

Update: Ocean's former publicist Heathcliff Berru at Life or Death has confirmed to Variance that he is no longer representing the singer, saying: "I could care less," noting that he's "relieved" about the change.
