Ariana Grande to Host & Perform as Musical Guest on 'SNL'

Ariana Grande will host and perform as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live's March 12 episode, NBC confirmed Thursday.

The news follows SNL's previous announcement that Jonah Hill will host the show on March 5 with musical guest Future.

Hosting and being the musical guest on SNL is not unusual but it is rare. Miley Cyrus was the last musician to pull double-duty earlier this season when she hosted the season premiere in October.

Grande will be performing two new tracks "Be Alright" and "Dangerous Woman," the latter of which the singer revealed today as the title of her upcoming album.
