Ahead of the May 19 release of his sophomore solo album, The Desired Effect, The Killers frontman Brandon Flowers has revealed plans to tour North America this summer.

The trek will include stops in New York, Miami, Chicago, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Boston and Los Angeles, with tickets going on sale this Friday (April 24).

Fans can also gain access to a ticket pre-sale by pre-ordering a limited-edition, autographed, deluxe version of the album featuring two bonus tracks, “The Desired Effect” and “Btwn Me ‘N U.”

It's worth noting that while some markets are absent from the itinerary, it's likely new dates will be announced later. As one reader points out, Flowers' schedule (seen below) ends on Oct. 1 in El Paso, one day before the start of Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin.
