It appears Netflix is fully committed to the revival of past television shows, as a Gilmore Girls limited series is in the works, courtesy of the streaming service.
TVLine first reported the news, noting that cast members Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, Kelly Bishop and Scott Patterson are in early negotiations for what is expected to be a series of 90-minute episodes or "mini-movies."
The deal would include the return of the show's creator Amy Sherman-Palladino, who was forced to leave prior to the final season due to a contract dispute with the studio.
The report follows news earlier Monday that Graham is also working with another former co-star, Mae Whitman, on a film adaption of the book The Royal We.
Gilmore Girls ended its original run in May 2007.
