Aziz Ansari delivered some optimistic bad news on Sunday during Netflix's presentation during the Television Critics Association winter press tour, telling reports there are currently no concrete plans for a second season of Master of None.

The actor-comedian expressed gratitude for the overwhelmingly positive response to the show's first season, but explained that he and co-creator Alan Yang were still "figuring out" what a second run might look like.

Revealing that "the well is empty" right now, Ansari said the "first season was so personal" and that he wants to make sure a second season "lives up to what we did for season one," before confessing: "I need some time to refill my head."
