Another festival lineup announced, and another headlining date for OutKast.

Kingston Downs, Ga. will host its annual spring music festival on April 25-27 and in addition to the hip-hop duo will be 75 other acts, including: Foster the People, Pretty Lights, STS9, Janelle Monáe, J. Cole, Krewella, Chance the Rapper, Matt and Kim, St. Lucia, Phantogram and Wild Cub, among others.
