Adele 'Has Not Given' Donald Trump Permission to Use Her Music

As Donald Trump has increasingly been using Adele's music for his campaign rallies, the singer has finally made clear she does not approve.

"Adele has not given permission for her music to be used for any political campaigning," her rep said Monday in a statement to Variance, noting that they have "no further comment" on the matter.

Her response comes as "Skyfall" has been part of Trump's pre-rally playlist for weeks and the reality television star has been using "Rolling in the Deep" as his intro and exit music, as recently as this morning.

Steven Tyler also requested back in October that Trump stop playing Aerosmith's "Dream On" during his rallies, explaining that "it gives the false impression" of an endorsement of a candidate.
